At Embassy London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and ensure it is securely packed inside a shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
